StarDrive 2 Turn Based Strategy In Real Time

StarDrive 2 is a cool game
It involves many different elements
Like being able to design your own ships
And then build them on a planet
Then wage war on a different faction
Or keep them near your core worlds
And protect your people from attack
It's really cool though
Because you can create these trade roots
And then raiders or pirates
Might go and attack them
Causing a planet to starve
And then you might lose that planet
I was playing this game
And one of my planets got invaded
And since I didn't have a space station on it
That planet was blockaded
And I couldn't get food or supplies to the people of that planet
And it was also a lava planet
Making it so that the planet itself couldn't grow food
I ended up losing that expansion
But I didn't give up
Because in that system, there was a wormhole
I didn't know where it went at the time
But wormholes usually lead across the galaxy
And I wanted to explore it really badly
So, as the tutorial taught me
I designed my own ship and built two of them
Then, I had them fly with a ship that colonizes the planets
And the two ships I had built were fairly strong
I mean, it was the first ship I ever built
Right as I started the colony on the second planet
My homeworld was invaded
Luckily for me, my homeworld has a space station
So my space station won the battle between it and a spall pirate ship
And that was the end of my homeworld being invaded
But shortly thereafter, my second colony was invaded
And the enemy invaded with four ships
Two cruiser like ships
And two frigate like ships
I didn't know that they were
But my ships were outnumbered 2 to 1
But like I said, my ships are fairly strong
And they were just sitting there
Eating the enemies missiles
Because I but tons of armor on the front of them
But they have no speed
And no range
Because I like spammy things
So the ships fire hundreds of lasers
That do no damage
So the battle took awhile
And then there was one enemy left
One of the cruiser ships also had a fighter bay
And after I killed all but one of the fighters
And about ten minutes later
After all of the pew pews
And this one fighter
Managed to survive for ten minutes
Against two cruisers
For ten minutes
I started watching Youtube
Because it was so boring
But my two ships managed to kill the one little fighter
And I won the battle
I haven't actually discovered any other races while I've been playing
But there are some
And they all have their own personalities
Some can be crazy and always want to fight everything
And others can be diplomatic and want to make peace between the nations
I guess the lore is that you have just gotten to space
And you have to make friends
Or enemies
Depending on your playstyle
Mine is more passive until I get a large fleet
Then I destroy anyone who opposes me
You could make some funny references
Like your empire was doing fine
Until the fire nation attacked
That is the summary of my humor
Really bad

So yeah
I have had a lot of fun with this game
I really want to play it more
But school
And homework
And reading
And other school related stuff
I want to make a massive empire
And have a good economy in that empire
And create a massive fleet
Of capital ships
And carriers
And cruisers
And frigates
And battleships
And other ships

So yeah
